Professor Dr Linn Htet Myint is working as a Pro-Rector at University of Medical Technology, Mandalay and also Professor and Head of Medical Imaging Technology Department. She was born in 1974 in Yangon and obtained M.B.,B.S(Ygn), M.Med.Sc (Radiology) from Institute of Medicine (2) Yangon and Dr.Med.Sc (Radiology) from University of Medicine, Mandalay. Then, she obtained Dip.Med.Ed from University of Public Health, Yangon in 2019.

She started her government service life in 2001 as an assistant surgeon in Teaching General Hospital, Insein and then transferred to Hlegu Hospital. She worked as an assistant surgeon ( Radiologist ) at North Okkalapa General Hospital and Myitkyina General Hospital. She became a Consultant Radiologist in 2013 at Mohnyin Hospital . She was promoted to Senior Consultant Radiologist in 2018 and then assigned as an Associate Professor of Medical Imaging Technology Department in University of Medical Technology, Mandalay 2018. In 2021, she was promoted to Professor of Department of Medical Imaging Technology, University of Medical Technology, Mandalay and also worked the duties of a Pro-Rector. She was promoted as a Pro-Rector at University of Medical Technology, Mandalay in 2022.
